@ Crimson, do you know what the term "projection" means?

Crimson Feet said...

precisely the point!

:)

Anonymous said...

Yep. I have a long, long list of people who abuse it.....

Solitaire said...

@ Crimson, its projection only when its a response to the statement I put up. The statement is only a statement. :)

Well, the name 'Sneha' really rings so many bells because i know few Snehas..So it will be good if u can e elaborate more to end this naming mystery !!

kyamaloom said...

No witty answers for now.
I don't wanna fall in the latter genre. :(

gP said...

Maybe they get paid for being stupid? I know politicians are. As well as news readers.

Solitaire said...

@ Nirmal, ohhhhhhhhhhh...now that's a relief.

@ Ria, and I still fail to understand why people would want to act stupid.

@ Crimson, thank you!

@ Ceedy, you were not stupid enough. Sorry about that.

Solitaire said...

@ vandita, oh so then they abuse being special and stupid. That's a felony.

@ Tuhin, I would rather flaunt my handbags than my stupidity. Now did that sound stupid?

@ Soham, another comment coming your way!

Deepali said...

Sorry don't agree here - a lot abuse the privilege.

It totally sucks when you have to pay the price for someone else's stupidity. It's very annoying. I mean sure punish me if I have been stupid but punishing me cause someone else has acted stupidly is just plain old stupid.
(ya trying to hard I know but it doesn't come off too badly so going to leave it).

Compassion Unlimitted said...

I totally agree!!
I personally know a couple of blonde girls who are quite smart, but sometimes intentionally play 'the dumb blonde' just to get their way.

Keshi said...

I agree...some ppl need the sign:

'Pardon me Im genetically stupid'

If i get down to writing that list, the rolls of paper that will be wasted will make me a front runner for proving the statement :D

parikrama said...

They say, "Practice makes a (wo)man perfect" . So I guess from that p.o.v , a stupid person is just trying to achieve perfection by abusing stupidity.

Ashish said...

Is it?? I thought i was born with this talent!

AmitL said...

Strategically incompetent people are usually strategically stupid.:)

I sometimes wish I could work, nee, get my work done like them!!!:))

Solitaire said...

@ AmitL, I think that they have the edge over us to not know that they have been stupid and hence not even feel bad about themselves!

@ Ashish, you may be! But are you abusing your talent?

@ Parikrama, yaaaaa! I never thought about it that way. Good one!

Solitaire said...

@ Deepti, so much confidence!?

@ keeper, haha!

@ Rahul, sigh! And these people have REAL jobs.

@ Soham, I do not use gtalk. Yeah I know I am weird. Do you use yahoo messenger? BTW, you are my uncle. :p

Solitaire said...

@ CM-lots and lots..myself not included, though.

@ Nirmal, some people do ACT stupid. Why? That beats me.

@ Keshi, hahahaha! Nice one for a T-shirt.

@ Carolinagal, and that itself is so stupid!

Solitaire said...

@ compassion, hahaha! "some want to be good husbands"..!!

@ Deepali, so basically you ARE agreeing here. Some people just abuse that talent and land up other people in trouble!

@ Ghost, haha! Are newsreaders stupid?

Solitaire said...

@ Sutta, baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Not fair!

Unknown said...

Yeah, true.

And sometimes we take it for granted that someone is abusing it when they're actually not.

Maybe we're abusing it then.

Deepali said...

Ya ya more than agreeing.

Anonymous said...

sum abuse it unknowingly...:-)

aneri_masi said...

Have you heard of the term "Yeda Banke Peda". Basically says the same thing, act dumb, and you get away with a lot of things! "Oh, but I don't know how to do it", and you're off the hook for that boring, tedious job. So what if it was something a two year old could do ;)

gP said...

yep da, local newsreaders...

Sweetstickychewy said...

Tell me about it! Its so good to appreciate imperfections at times instead of pumping up on perfections many times.

Great STUFF!
