Accessories

I am fascinated with how the shape of the earring matches the shape of the hair curl!!!!

Heights of accessorizing or you seen worse?

I'm sure ive seen worse accessorising...but im not able to xactly recollect..will cme back when i do.

gP said...

oh ive seen eyes becoming square to match the monitor...etc...etc...etc..

Cant think off hand of accesories donned by humans - but can picture examples from interiors that I deal with and have been shocked with.

On one hand are people who match every little thing in the room - in terms of colors, patterns, tapestry...kinda making one dizzy and the other extreme is the "show off" upper class - I have seen some here - where every piece of furniture in one room is from a different country/era/material - looks more like a showroom instead of a personal space.

ear rings are seen as a "way of dress code or presenting one self" by the women/ girls...

so there is nothing wrong in the shape of earrings matching the hair curls...ear rings match the dress colours too...or its the gold which is common...its just a mode to attract someone's attention and be attended to...

"the eyes that look, reach the ears with a wishper to the heart for a secret in mind...the secret is longing to be held in the heart..."

@ Pavi,

If you cannot recollect it, it prolly was not that bad. :)

OR

You blocked the disgusting memory!

Solitaire said...

@ Ghost,

I have seen spikes grow out of a person who eats durians.

Solitaire said...

@ Raghu,

If a girl's ears are not pierced, would you say she did not present herself?

Solitaire said...

@ Ceedy,

And I thought I was a nerd.

gP said...

ok thank you for that wonderful thought... now im going to cancel durians for a while. im going for jack fruits... its in season and it smells great.

do you know ppl who use the nick sol radiate ever so bright like the Sol itself. of course Solitaire is a Bond girl and well sol is as classy as her I presume. Now what makes you a sol Sneha? :)

heheh...form takes function takes back the form. so its the idea of us stealing from nature, or nature imitating us and well the marketers imitating everything :P

bt of course, we dont see fingers on Ipods...

wish I could find and share some pics....

Keshi said...

somehow it's beautiful! u know I love earrings. Is that u in the pic? :)

**Heights of accessorizing or you seen worse?

I personally dun like big flashy earrings but this one is simple though it's a bit long. And its silver if Im right, so there's points from me for the color :). All in all, it's really not that bad.

yes I've seen worse! At a Desi function here in Sydney, one girl was wearing earrings that were as big as a Tsunami! They were so bloody big, gold in color and as blindingly bright as Lightning on anyone who came across em! urrrrrrrrg!

Pink shirt and pink trousers, with a white belt to boot-and,a male wearing them?I saw that at one of our shopping centres, here.

Earriing is single strand. Hair is double strand. Not matching. Difference is as huge as RNA (single helix) and DNA (double helix)

i repeat...
"ear rings are seen as a way of dress code or presenting one self by the women/ girls..."

i dont say, someone imposed it on them to put earrings...

i dont know why girls/ women have to put nose ring, ear ring...

Cess said...

U should the Irish style of accessorize, specially in the cheap shop like Penneys, the flashier the better, the bigger ...even better, matching of course with flashy tights and flashy top and shoes (new trend coming directly from the 80's) with the skirt that small it looks like a belt.

Hemanth Potluri said...

to be frank ear ringing r cool yaar..they make a gr8 look to women...some people r worst in making them look weird ..have seen much worst in my office ..they wear big rings...and i call them rings only not ear rings...it feels so awkward....but i ove some people's ear rings they r small and beautiful...it brings a beautiful glow to them...:)..

earrings...any ornament was in earlier era an apparel...for women as way of dress code too...also a ring meant a binding or to bound...the rings on fingers on the feet...putting rings also meant as a therapy in some science...the acupuncture...why nose rings then? they too had some value in the older science of human civilizations...in india in hindu the children (both boys and girls) are pierced in their younger days...in rajasthaanis and the rabaris of gujarat both males and females pierce their ears...you are gujarathi...i believe there is a serious answer to putting ear rings by males and female humans...yes, here though we can have things for fun...God bless you... :)

rantravereflect/ jane said...

I beleive earings act like a spoiler on a womans aerodynamic structure..controlling and making her flights of fantasy smoother.

so like a aircraft wd have a corresponding type of spoiler..so wd a ear on a woman ..have a correponding earring...
